We want you to be delighted with your shopping and amazed by our outstanding customer service. But if you are unhappy with anything we would rather know about it. If you have an issue with your delivery, or to return a product or report a damaged product please email us at help@terra-pantry.com.

Damaged Products
Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition, if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will happily organise an exchange or refund.
Please include your order number when returning items by post. Once we have received the items, please allow between 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Customer’s Responsibilities
- We advise customers to open their parcel as soon as they receive it.
- Please note that photo proof is needed for any complaints.
- Customers are requested to sign for accepting the delivery.
