The handmade organic Himbeerkonfitüre (raspberry jam) from DOSPA is made from a traditional recipe in the hermitage of the Teutonic Sisters in Friesach with fresh fruits from the hermitage’s fruit factory. The recipes are up to 250 years old and are from the nuns.
