The handmade organic Dreifruchtkonfitüre (three-fruit jam) from DOSPA is made from a traditional recipe in the hermitage of the Teutonic Sisters in Friesach with fresh fruits from the hermitage’s fruit factory. The recipes are up to 250 years old and are from the nuns.
The three fruits are raspberries, redcurrants, and blackcurrants are harvested from the DOSPA’s monastery gardens after they are completely ripened.
The percent blend of these fruits gives the impression of a detailed description and overwhelming aroma that fascinates all the senses when enjoyed.
